From the initial inquiry, all the way through to the end of the wedding day, Alan and the team were professional, helpful and extremely friendly. After deciding to book The Corporate Chef for our wedding we were offered a tasting to finalise our menu. This was above and beyond what we could have hoped for, and allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted. Prior to the wedding we had plenty of contact to finalise the details of the day and to make sure everything was just right. On the day they served our welcome drinks, along with the canapes and then served a BBQ for the main wedding breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and every one of our guests complimented how good the food was. The service was fantastic and we had no issues whatsoever. The Corporate Chef were excellent value for money and we would not hesitate to use them again for future functions. We had a relaxed afternoon garden party for my parents diamond wedding anniversary celebrations. After a huge amount of organisation on our part to get everything just right for them and the family, we wanted the food to be just as perfect, and it was. Alan's team swung into action. Having set up and prepared with no fuss, they served welcome drinks and canapés on the lawn, followed by a celebration BBQ meal, and finished off with home made desserts and cheese. The delivery was understated and relaxed and everything was served with a smile. And at the end, everything magically cleared away. Perfect! Set up efficiently and provided personnel for food and drinks who were attentive to our guests. Good overall quality especially beef bourguignon, Italian style chicken and fish curry. Orange sponge type desert also excellent. We couldn't be happier with The Corporate Chef for our wedding catering and bar service. From start to finish, Alan, Ilaria and their team provided outstanding service and absolutely delicious food (every bit as good as the tasting). They were incredibly flexible and collaborative in working with us to design our canape and wedding breakfast menu, accommodating dietary requirements and tweaks to the menu with ease. On the day, the food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Many of our guests commented on how amazing everything tasted, especially the Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder. The service at the wedding breakfast was great, with the whole of each table being served at the same time. The staff were professional, attentive and helped everything run smoothly. We were impressed by their ability to deliver such high quality from their temporary kitchen setup. The bar team were also great and lots of people commented on what a great job Peter had done in running the bar. Alan, Ilaria and Ella were all very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, putting us at ease and making the catering side of things stress-free. For example, even little things like helping us work out how much glassware to hire were a massive help. The pricing on the website was very clear and there weren’t any surprises. Alan and Ilaria also came to our dry hire venue for a site visit and helped us plan where the temporary kitchen would go and where we could put the bar. They answered all of our many questions and really helped ensure it was the best day ever! The food was exceptional and we've received such lovely feedback from our guests. We had 2 coeliac guests who were well catered for and the menu was adapted to suit their needs so they didn't feel left out or unable to eat dishes that others could, this was key for us. The canapes, puddings, cheese board were all amazing. Every query we had leading up to the wedding was answered quickly and efficiently.
